Our Policies, Terms and Conditions

Check In

• Regular check-in hours begin at 3:00PM
  Please contact the office to verify early check-in availability and fees
• All guests must provide a valid photo ID at Check In
• All guests must be 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Maximum Stay of 28 Consecutive Days

Check Out

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Late check-outs may be available at an additional fee, subject to availability and management discretion

Payment Policies

• All payments must be made at or before check-in time
• We accept cash, Apple Pay and all major credit and debit cards
• Payment cards must bear the name of the payor and will be verified by photo ID
• Prepaid (Gift Cards) will not be accepted
• Checks, money orders, vouchers and other payment methods not accepted
• Room rent is non-refundable

Deposit Policy

• A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in
• Refunds for deposits made using credit or debit cards may take 3-5 business depending on your bank

Advance Reservations

• Advance reservations made online via card may be billed in advance of arrival
• Reservations are not guaranteed until a reservation deposit has been processed

Pets and Animals

• Pets are not allowed without prior approval of management which is not guaranteed and may require an additional deposit or fee
• Trained ADA service animals are accepted as required by Federal and California laws
• Emotional Support Animals are not protected under the ADA and are subject to our pet policy
• Misrepresentation of an Emotional Support Animal or pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and punishable by fines or jail time

Guests and Visitors

• All Visitors Must Register at the Office and Provide a Valid Photo ID
• No visitors allowed after sunset

During Your Stay

• Quiet Hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Do Not Disturb Other Guests
• Housekeeping Services Provided During Daylight Hours Only
• No Open Flames or Gas Appliances Allowed in Rooms
• We are Not Responsible for Lost or Abandoned Personal Property
• No Illegal Activities or Drugs Allowed
• Parking is Provided for Guests Only
